9 steps to make a successful application to University of Life Sciences  in Lublin!

1.    Choose a field of study (you will find a course catalogue on our website or here in this Information Booklet)
2.    Print and fill in the Application Form (downloaded from the  ULSL website), sign it  and  scan together with the rest of the documents:

- Scan of the  secondary school  certificate authorizing the candidate to enter the university in the country of issuance


  • Master degree course applicants have to submit their Bachelor diploma and Academic Transcript of Records (originals or copies authenticated  by a notary public and, if applicable, a certified translation to English).
  • When you apply to Veterinary Medicine: 

Obtain grades of at least: 65% of a maximum grade in biology and 65% of a maximum grade in chemistry or 65% of a  maximum grade of the subject covering chemistry and biology programme  in your secondary school certificate. In case of grades lower than 65% of respective maximum grades, the candidate will have to take the entrance exam via the Internet (e.g. Skype) or at ULSL on the date agreed with the University. The candidate will be charged with a fee of EUR 90 payable into the University account.
   - Scan/ Copy of Passport (page with personal data, address and photo)
  - Scan/Copy of English Certificate (minimum B2 level), or any document confirming the knowledge of English (if secondary school education is in other than English language).
   - Health Certificate (downloaded from the ULSL website) confirming that you are eligible for the course of study you have chosen.


The documents must be submitted in English or translated either into English or Polish by a  sworn translator.   

3.    Pay the admission fee of EUR 150 in order to complete the submission of your application.

4.    Submit all the above documents (together with the proof of payment)  to e-mail: admission@up.lublin.pl
Please note  that your application will be considered only when you submit all the documents together with the proof of admission fee payment.  

5.    You will be informed via email about your application status.

6.    Prepare all the remaining  documents required for recruitment process ( check the list of documents required on our website).

7.    Pay the tuition fee for one academic year (two semesters) in advance (bank details as above).

8.    Wait for the documents that are necessary to apply for a Visa.
        -    The Final Acceptance Letter
        -    The Recommendation Letter to the Polish Embassy
        -    The  Certificate of  Enrollment
We will send it to you after receipt of the signed Offer Letter and confirmation of payment (the money have to be on our account).

9.    You made it! Nice to see you as one of our students!

  • Please remember that registration is obligatory and you cannot register at a different date that is assigned to you (You will find information about registration your Final Acceptance Letter).

- When you come to Poland, please make sure that you have the originals of the required documents, because you will need to submit them.

- In addition, within 30 days of admission (after arriving in Poland), student has to present an insurance policy or a European Health Insurance Card, or sign an insurance agreement with the National Health Fund.
